Store Display Tech Recently Corporate with Sundan for TWS Headset Intelligent Display System

 

Under the current circumstance, offline stores urgently need a successful transformation from traditional sales stores to offline experience + sales stores. One of the SD Group clients, “Sun dan,” has adopted this model. However, due to the poor experience, bad security, and ease of being damaged for earphone products, the company is currently facing serious cargo damage and sales problems in terms of earphone products. SD proposed an innovative solution, helping the customer to solve the problem of cargo damage and consumer experience through the intelligent display rack plus display system.

The problems encountered by Sun dan are as follows:

1.  The traditional exhibition shelves have a weak security system, and products can be stolen maliciously.

2.  Updating the serenity system makes the consumer experience worse.

3.  The original touch-tone display has a high damage rate.

4.  Due to the store size, the sales staff cannot follow up or accurately find customers.

After understanding the difficulties encountered by Sun dan in-store experience, the SD R&D team had in-depth communication with the Sun dan marketing experience team. After nearly a month of discussion, the SD team proposed a set of intelligent display plans for earphone products.

Solutions:

1.  The display system can adapt to any type of TWS earphone. Consumers can experience and listen to them independently. It can be used with a wired/wireless headset (automatic switching). After consumers pick up the object headset, the corresponding advertising and product materials will be played immediately. Through the touch screen, consumers can enter the listening scene, cloud music selection, and headset listening experience.

2.  The system enhances the earphone security function without staff staying around by detecting the behavioral characteristics of the experiencers and combining them with TWS distance threshold detection. The system automatically triggers an alarm when the experiencers leave the display counter with the products for a certain distance. It will also send warning messages on the staff’s phones.

3.   The display system supports on-site pairing and adaptation of all earphones that need to be displayed. Also, the system supports the adaptation of multiple earphones, ensuring that consumers can try the earbuds by themselves without asking for assistance.

Outcomes:

The product was successfully launched in Sun dan offline stores on April 16, 2021. According to the data sent back by the customer, the damage rate is 0%. Compared with the previous year, the sales of earphones increased by 73%.
